Title of Position: Restaurant Regional Manager of Operations

Job Description: The Regional Manager position is responsible for maximizing an organization’s growth and profitability while coaching and managing all company operations functions. This includes implementing potentially profitable short- and long-term programs and processes to optimize workflow and drive efficiency, as well as guiding employees by interpreting policies, goals, and purposes of the organization for subordinates and conducting franchise performance reviews. The Regional Manager of Operations coaches and ensures safety in the workplace. They might also be responsible for selecting and maintaining qualified personnel in various positions and recommending compensation for them. Success in this role requires excellent leadership, organization and communication skills, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and operational standards. The ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize competing demands is essential. Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Regional Manager of Operations should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
• The Regional Manager must have a minimum of 3 years’ Multi-Unit Management experience in a franchised environment
• Must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees and controlling costs
• The Regional Manager of Operations has excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
