Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales materials, sales document and provides general administrative support for GTM function
  • Organizing sales events such as Quarterly Kick Offs and meetings
  • High sense of urgency, well organized and able to prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, when needed
  • Event planning, coordination of meetings as well as conference preparations
  • Coordinate division and department meetings, virtually and/or arrange use of conference rooms or outside facilities
  • Assist executive by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
  • Teamwork: makes every collaboration productive and friction-free with teams to ensure communication and reporting requirements are understood, documented, and executed on time
  • Facilitation: can facilitate and host webinars with confidence
  • Initiative: demonstrates resourcefulness when presented with challenges; researches and/or asks for help when needed to independently move self and projects forward, in a fast paced, high volume culture
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Three to five years of administrative experience
  • Minimum of one years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Experience booking travel
