Responsibilities
- Prepare sales materials, sales document and provides general administrative support for GTM function
- Organizing sales events such as Quarterly Kick Offs and meetings
- High sense of urgency, well organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, when needed
- Event planning, coordination of meetings as well as conference preparations
- Coordinate division and department meetings, virtually and/or arrange use of conference rooms or outside facilities
- Assist executive by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
- Teamwork: makes every collaboration productive and friction-free with teams to ensure communication and reporting requirements are understood, documented, and executed on time
- Facilitation: can facilitate and host webinars with confidence
- Initiative: demonstrates resourcefulness when presented with challenges; researches and/or asks for help when needed to independently move self and projects forward, in a fast paced, high volume culture
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Minimum of one years of executive assistant experience
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience booking travel
