Job title: Senior Construction Specialists
Job description: Our Vaughan Client has been proudly serving Ontario through its 4 offices since 1966. They are now seeking a Senior Construction Specialist to join their team.
You will manage Large Construction Related Risks, providing Risk Management Services to clients on Real Estate Projects, Infrastructure Projects, High Rise Developments, and Contract Interpretation.
You must have an in-depth understanding of the Risk Allocation, Market Segment, Completed Operations, relevant Coverages and the general operating environment of construction projects including all the stakeholders and their relationships.
You have a minimum of 10 years of Construction related placement experience on Large Projects,
In Depth Understanding of Construction Methodologies and innovative construction risk allocation
Experience with CCDC, ALS, and Manuscript Wordings.
