Join our procurement team and make an impact everyday by ensuring our team members across Canada have the necessary tools and services to do their jobs effectively!
As a senior inventory & logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our strategically sourced GNFR (Goods Not For Sale) are purchased and delivered to employees in our stores and warehouses in a timely fashion.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you’ll do as a senior inventory & logistics coordinator:
Purchase, analyze and manage inventory levels at GNFR warehouses, including replenishment, and provide regular analytics on inventory forecasting
Execute and support purchasing functions such as inventory management and placing purchase orders
Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure the execution of projects, replenishment, and timely delivery of products
Resolve fulfillment issues and deficiencies in an expeditious manner
Execute and support purchasing functions for GNFR, including generating/auditing purchase orders based on specifications and requisitions supplied by stakeholders/buyers
File, copy, mail and complete other administrative and courier related tasks
What we’re looking for:
2-3+ years of experience in a related role
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, with a focus on communication and follow-up skills.
Critical thinking – have a “seek to understand” approach
