Senior Manager, Supply Chain Capabilities & Analytics

You build best-in-class work processes and tools, ensuring the right organizational capability is in place to achieve and sustain improvements on service, cost and cashflow.

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Capabilities & Analytics you will report to the Director, Supply Chain Capabilities as part of a transforming Supply Chain organization. What you’ll be doing:

  • Be an advocate and change agent for a customer focused culture and showcase the value of the Supply Chain organization as a valued business partner.
  • You will work across the company to identify, analyze, communicate, and execute supply chain change in this critical leadership role, initially focused on driving our Supply Chain planning transformation that is currently underway.
  • Drawing on expertise with evolving digital tools and capabilities, you will challenge existing assumptions to create tailored, fully integrated solutions that optimize Supply Chain operations to create powerful competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate deeply with lines of business teams (e.g., Wireless, Connected Home, R4B, Network Infrastructure and others) to identify opportunities to improve and drive the next stage of growth and margin expansion.
  • Support the process of continuous operational improvements, industry benchmarking and key performance indicator measurement to increase the effectiveness of the various supply chain functions.
  • Evaluate best in class supply chain technology and infrastructure suitable to the scope and size of the business, as well as scale for future growth.
  • Contribute to defining Supply Chain strategy by identifying, assessing and recommending external trends in technology and methodologies.
  • You own the design, delivery, and utilization of critical KPIs and dashboards that the company will use to drive strategic business decisions.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree a plus), preferably in Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years (or more) of Supply Chain experience, with demonstrated expertise in driving/supporting transformative change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of process improvement approaches, including Lean / Six Sigma training and project management best practices.
  • Experience in implementing and applying emerging technologies – Robotic Process Automation, Data and Analytics, Machine Learning, Blockchain, AI, etc. – will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with different teams, functions and business units across large, matrixed organizations.
  • High level of tolerance for working with ambiguity while driving effective change agendas.
  • Proven capabilities enabling advanced analytics within the Supply Chain function.
  • Experience with implementing and/or using leading Supply Chain planning systems an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and manage change.
  • Strong leadership skills, and prior experience leading and developing teams.
  • Globally recognized Supply Chain certification(s) preferred.
  • Telecom industry experience an asset.
