Our construction client has an opening for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. They are open to junior and senior candidates. This is a full-time, permanent position. Located in Delta, B.C., they are a premier designer and builder of custom, state-of-the-art commercial and industrial facilities that meet today’s modern business needs. They are an integrated, experienced team of values-driven executives, senior managers and professionals working together to help businesses build a better tomorrow. They provide the full spectrum of high-end construction services from conception to ribbon cutting.
What you will be doing:
Oversight of construction projects from design phase through close-out/deficiency period
Maintaining schedules and budgets
Selection and management of sub-trades
Oversight of site reporting
Other duties as required
What you must have:
5+ years experience working as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
Proven experience hitting goals, targets and deadlines.
Self-motivated, results driven, and prefers working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Collaborative, team player who enjoys working with different personalities
“Can do” attitude and the willingness to be part of a growing and changing company.
The following will be considered assets:
Experience with concrete tilt-up construction
Experience with construction in B.C.
PMP certification
MBA
