Job description: Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and reputable company? Fountain Tire Edson is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Shipper Receiver. As a Shipper Receiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our tire and automotive service center.
Salary: $18 per hour (wage depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of tires, parts, and equipment
- Accurately record and organize inventory, ensuring proper documentation
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to safely move and store inventory
- Assist with inventory control and conducting periodic stock counts
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
