We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join the buildings group at one of the projects in North Scarborough, ON!

Responsibilities:

• Handle and distribute construction materials (load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials; move tools, equipment and construction materials to and from work areas; remove rubble and other debris)
• Equipment operating as assigned
• Carpentry tasks as needed
• Assisting with concrete formwork, stripping formwork
• Review work area for damages
• General site cleanup and housekeeping
• Assist with other duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating equipment
• Tickets for operating (Telehandler, Skid Steer)
• Carpentry experience
• 4 Step Safety Certificate & WHMIS Certification
• Rigging ticket – an asset to have
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, walk on uneven ground
• Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
