Job description: If you’re active, outgoing, love the outdoors and working with people, we want you our team! We had a great crew last season and are looking for more enthusiastic individuals to round out our family! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who love to help others get outside their comfort zone and make unforgettable memories.

We’re looking for:

– Experience in teaching, coaching, leadership, guiding, or outdoor education is an asset but not required.

– Enjoy interacting with people and developing friendly relationships with team members and guests

– Detailed knowledge and understanding of our activities, emphasizing safety to all guests

– Previous experience in a guest-facing, fast-paced role and desire to provide excellent service every time

– Must be physically capable of performing duties and comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and on your feet for 8 hours

– Be organized and able to manage multiple tasks at one time

– Proven ability to stay calm under pressure

– Strong communication skills: shares information, asks questions, is clear with directions and information and using radio communication

– First Aid/CPR training and experience is an asset but not required
