As an Subcontractor Qualification Coordinator for our Toronto office in Oakville, Ontario you will contribute to our team by:

• Maintaining our subcontractor prequalification database
• Reviewing qualification submissions
• Meeting with subcontractors as needed to review and acquire prequalification information
• Meeting with internal teams to understand prequalification requirements
• Assisting with subcontractor outreach
• Liaising with credit associations and references
• Preparing reports on prequalification status, subcontractor utilization and other reporting as required
• Completing subcontractor default insurance reports and claims
• Monitoring subcontract values, subcontract security and risk mitigation plans

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience in credit management
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong customer service skills
• Phenomenal teammate with effective communication
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and professional judgment
• Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Oracle, Enterprise One software and Textura software is considered an asset
• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
