Our client, a very reputable residential real estate development company, is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendant!Hiring fast!
Responsibilities:
– Open and close the construction site each day
– Distribute daily work orders
– Ensure all safety standards are met at all times…and more!
What you need:
– At least 10+ years of relevant experience
– Strong technical knowledge (reading architectural and engineering plans)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
