Job description: One of the well-known Japanese restaurants, CYSP Sushi Enterprises Ltd (dba. Sapporo Kitchen) located at Delta, BC is currently looking for qualified and experienced full time Sushi cooks.
1) Position: Sushi cook (available: 3)
- Wage: $17/hour
- Type: Full time, Permanent
- Working hours: 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
- Benefits: 4% vacation fee of gross income, gratuities, uniform

2) Job requirement:
- 1 ~ 2 years of cooking experience in relevant area or completion of program in cooking
- Completion of High school
- Language at work: English
- Available to work: lunch, dinner and split shifts, and able to work weekend, maybe some overwork
3) Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete Japanese food items (sashimi, sushi, maki, roll etc) on the menu
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect, clean kitchen, food service and work areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
