Job description: Rohit Group in Edmonton is currently looking for a System Support Analyst to provide L1 trouble shooting for Microsoft Products, Citrix and hardware setups/repairs.

What will you do in this role?

• Provide top notch IT related support service to the Calgary team as needed.
• Maintain the network throughout the Calgary region.
• Keep updated inventories of mobile phones, laptops, desktops and other IT peripherals in Calgary for the purpose of supporting, tracking and accessing remote systems when necessary.
• Setup remote offices and office desktops (Construction Trailers, Sales Centers) with the required IT equipment including scheduling security and phone line activations, internet, desktops, printer/fax, touch screens and wireless internet access once needed.
• Trouble Shoot all network, desktop, and phone related support issues in Calgary.
• Research and analysis of prices for purchases of IT equipment. Recommend low-cost innovative solutions.
• Train new staff on the use of IT software and hardware.

• A multi tasker who can handle large volume of tickets and ad hoc requests on a short notice
• Diploma or certificate in computer network administration is required
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
