The Outside Services Team Lead will work alongside and lead the Outside Service Attendants. The purpose of this position is to ensure all members of our Outside Service team provide a superior level of positive, friendly and helpful customer service consistently every day.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Work alongside our Outside Service Attendants while providing direction on duties and leading by example. Assist in the Golf Shop when necessary
- Carry out and implement all functions of an Outside Services Attendant
- Help coach and train employees on customer service skills, organization and keeping work areas tidy
- Assist and work closely with the Golf Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager
- Help deliver and give input on performance reviews
- Help to assist in all golf event preparation and execution
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints and answer most golf related questions with high accuracy
- Follow all standard operating procedures and verify that our Outside Service Attendants are following proper policies and procedures as well. Offer suggestions to help improve our service and/or efficiency
- Ensure the cart area, back shop and club storage room are tidy and organized each day and prepare daily for upcoming golf groups or special requests
- Always keep abreast of all golf course activities and understand how each department in golf functions and stay connected to them
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Must bring a positive and friendly attitude to work every day, be willing to interact with all types of customers and enjoy working outside in all weather conditions
- Must hold a valid G2 or G driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with shifts on days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lb. golf bags from a vehicle and load them on a cart on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- A minimum of two years Supervisory experience is required
- Prior golf experience/management or golf related knowledge is an asset
