Upstream Supply Chain Technology enables and accelerates the growth of supply chain from RM to FG production, by providing innovative solutions while ensuring product integrity and compliance. Our purpose is to empower the organization to strategically envision, drive innovation, optimize sourcing and manufacturing processes, cultivate a responsible supply chain, ensure superior product quality, and uphold market leadership. We are a team that dares to innovate, support each other, elevate our partnerships, and collaborate while having fun. We are looking for a technology leader to join the USCT leadership team to support the Sourcing technology team. In this influential role, you will collaborate closely with sourcing business partners, product management leadership, and architects to shape the team’s roadmap and define the technological vision.

  • Lead and grow a skilled team of engineers, architects, and analysts.
  • Keep a future-focused, people-centered approach, prioritizing development, and empathy.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, PMO, and business teams to implement the best tech solutions.
  • Manage processes, people, and timelines to ensure top-notch results are delivered.
  • Set the team’s roadmap and technical goals, working closely with product and partner teams.
  • Contribute to architecture, coding, testing, project planning, deployment, and operations for excellence.
  • Ensure the team’s deliverables meets both business and technology needs.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
  • At least 4 years of experience in directly leading and developing teams.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, costing, supply planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality management, inbound and outbound logistics, and 3PL management.
  • Proficiency with systems and tools like E2Open, Bamboo Rose, Trade Beyond (CBX), Inspectorio, Infor, and Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with integration methodologies such as EDI, XML, Kafka, and API.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
  • Proven ability to implement software programs with external vendors

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 – $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
