We are accepting resumes for the following positions:

• Server
• Bartender
• Host/Hostess

Server Duties:

• Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
• Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner

*Serving it Right Required.

Host/Hostess Duties:

• Greet guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant
• Provide guests with an authentic, sociable experience
• Manage waitlists and advise guests on accurate wait times
• Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
• Clean and stage the dining room quickly, paying close attention to detail

Bartender Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes.
