The Development Coordinator, duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
, including to but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with various departments, like Finance, Procurement, Analytics, IT, to gather data in a timely manner.
  • Time sensitive coordination and communication of quarterly product lists and pricing for the team.
  • Ongoing maintenance of partner price lists and product lists.
  • Ensuring all Partners product listing requirements are met and communicated to the partner in a timely manner.
  • Collecting sales data from all partners and consolidating it into a standard usable format
  • Leads the pricing and product listing relationship with our logistics partner, GFS.
  • Maintains various trackers and databases Information database and Monday.com. Ensuring accurate and up to date records for the department.
  • Administrative tasks related to Commercial Leasing, Construction , and Franchising including:
  • Store life cycle (preapproval, approval, store creation, announcements, etc.)
  • With the assistance of the team, negotiate, draft, review and amend commercial leases and lease documents, sublease agreements, lease surrenders and renewals.
  • Site, selection, identification, market identification, PiinPoint analysis and other tasks as assigned.
  • Providing demographic studies as requested
  • Support the construction team with project coordination.
  • Communicate with and provide information to Franchise and Non-Traditional Partners to on lease situations and business terms.
  • Enhance real estate, construction and development processes where possible to facilitate work-flow and keep all parties informed.

Requirements

Experience, Education, and Designations:

  • 3+ years previous experience in a development role with specific experience in commercial leasing, construction, non-traditional is preferred.
  • Exposure to Real Estate law and Franchising are considered an asset
  • Experience with Piin and Monday.com considered an asset
  • Strong technical skills using MS Office

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Fluent in both English and French (Bilingual)
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Extremely organized and diligent with follow-up and detail
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask.
  • Flexible, team player that is service oriented and shows a willingness to help internal team members, as well as Franchise Partners
