Job description: SPUD.ca is looking for a Reverse Logistics and Sustainability (RLS) Team Member for our Edmonton, AB location (7039 68th Avenue). The schedule will be Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Reverse Logistics Team Members are passionate about sustainability. They recognize that our use of reusable packaging materials and effective waste stream management are key elements that contribute to our Circular Economy. They take pride in keeping our teams stocked with supplies and understand how integral their role is to a top-tier customer experience.
- Manage the inflow of reusable packaging materials, sorting & staging products upon arrival
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of supplies are maintained for all operations
- Recover, clean, sanitize and stage all reusable materials, to support outbound order flow
- Operate industrial tote washing machine safely and efficiently
- Clean, freeze and stage passive cooling packs
- Manage all waste streams throughout the facility, in line with our sustainability values
- Support other
- Maintain tools and supplies
- Clean and organize work areas
- Help your team members to excel
- Work hard and have fun
- Other duties as assigned
- A fascination with automatic car washes
- Keep home recycling bins well organized
- Proven ability to think creatively to complete assigned tasks
- Team-first mentality

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Desire to actively problem solve and improve processes on a daily basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
- Ability to work on your feet all day, bending, leaning, crouching and walking
- Ability to work for extended periods of time, and entire shifts in our walk-in refrigerated coolers or freezers
