Responsibilities
Leads daily warehouse operations by prioritizing activities and providing leadership to the warehouse team members

Oversee receiving and shipping to match documentation with the products

Co-ordinate In-Bound physical flow of products from trailer to staging to inventory

Co-ordinate Out-Bound physical flow of products from inventory to picking to staging to loading trailers

Assign and review team members work

Manage documentation flow in accordance to company procedures and protocols

Investigate and document damages, complaints, near misses and accidents

Comply and enforce company policies and procedures as well as industry standards

Comply and enforce Canada Labour Code Part II (health and safety regulations) and AWSA program

Holds monthly Safety Talks and coach employees

Conduct performance reviews

Resolve work related issues with team members

Perform all other duties assigned by manager

Requirements
Excellent focus, attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in load securement and load pattern methodology
Proven work experience as a forklift operator
Extensive knowledge of forklift mechanical parts and operations
Working knowledge of Apple device and IOS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to pallet jack 1000 kg pallets of product
Ability to climb trailers, stairs and ladders
Ability to work long hours and odd weekends during busy season
Ability to lead training initiatives and coach new and existing team members
TDG, WHMIS, Forklift and 1st Aid certification obtained
