Job description:

• Communicate with Customer Service team for work orders * Upon receipt of a work order, confirm ability to complete the job as well as work order to ensure service work can be completed in house or required by external trade * Working directly with the homeowner, complete job based on work order/ details provided * Perform maintenance and repair work as warrantable * Services can include drywall repair, painting, caulking, minor flooring, fixture and millwork repair, grouting and minor plumbing * Ensure customer satisfaction * Once job has been completed issue signoff of work order to Customer Service Team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
