Job Description
Can YOU:
- Support the Director, Organizational Development and Learning with the execution of the company’s organizational development strategy and framework, including providing program support for Performance Management, Associate Engagement, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Associate Learning.
- Work in conjunction with the Regional HR Business Partner team on program implementation and delivery support including all tracking and reporting.
- Lead the rollout and administration of online learning, including development of new and transfer of existing learning content to online via our Learning Management System.
- Monitor individual deliverables and provide relevant and timely reporting on status, progress and established OD and Learning KPIs
- Lead external benchmarking research and survey participation/completion and make recommendations based on findings and results.
- Utilize e-learning platforms, incorporating training and education as required
- Compile analysis, reporting, presentations, and assist with any special projects as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on any project initiatives and communications.
Qualifications
Do YOU Have:
- A post-secondary education with a focus on Organizational Development, Training, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 or more years similar or related experience in Organizational Development, Training, Human Resources.
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning, Glint or any other elearning or engagement tools (i.e., Tiny Pulse, Qualtrics).
- An attention to detail as well as a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- A positive, high energy, collaborative approach with a best in class client service focus
- Strong communication, project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.

- Manage multiple competing priorities and projects to complete tasks with planned and unplanned deadlines.
- Communicate fluently in English & French (both written and verbal).
