Job description: We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join our Body Shop Department. If you have strong computer and customer service skills, this position is for you!

Qualifying applicants must be of working age in Canada and hold a valid drivers license, proficient computer skills a must Other job opportunities may become available for the right individual.

Only qualifying applicants will be contacted directly, willing to train the right applicant.

Position Responsibilities:
– Customer relations and responding to customer requests
– Scheduling customer appointments
– Facilitating customer payments (taking payment, communicating quotes, creating bills, etc.)
– Computer work
– Creating work orders for technicians
– Creating Body Shop Technician work schedule
– Submitting SGI claims for customers
– Work seamlessly with SGI Adjustors/Appraisers
– Work cohesively with Body Shop Manager, and Body Shop Technicians to ensure best possible outcome for customers
– Maintaining and cleaning Body Shop office

Position Requirements:
– Customer service skills a must
– Proficient computer skills
– Ability to focus with interruptions
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Work well both in teams and independently
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– High attention to detail
– Excellent organization skills
– Previous experience in an office environment
