Job description: Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Change Manager to build and roll out enterprise wide change plans for IT Transformations

As an ideal candidate you will leverage your experience in leadership, IT transformation management and consulting, organizational design and OCM.
Project Overview:
The Superior Restart IT Program is responsible for ensuring all IT applications, systems and technologies are in place in preparation for the refinery restart in 2022.
Must Haves:
o 10+ years Change Management experience in a large corporate environment while working on large, complex initiatives or IT transformations
o Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business and/or Computer Science
o Accreditation/Certification in Change Management (ie. Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent organizational change management training and experience
Nice to Have:
o Experience with oil and gas facility-based projects would be considered an asset
Responsibilities:
o Develop a comprehensive change management plan and engagement strategy to support the Program’s objectives, timelines and budgets
o Facilitate the definition of the skills, competencies and training required
o Identify the impact of culture on change initiatives and design approach to achieve change program outcomes
o Conduct stakeholder analysis, change readiness and organizational impact assessments to identify change impacts to a wider audience
o Facilitate discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change at various levels of the organization
o Develop measurement approach to report on how effectively the organization is progressing through change
o Work cohesively with the project team and consult with Learning Services to define training needs and recommend creative delivery options that align to the overall engagement strategy
Specialization and Skills: Management Consultant Organizational Change Management 8 – 10 years
Priority Requirements: Please outline your experience designing strategy and plans for major IT change roll outs in an enterprise environment. (8 – 10 years)
