Job description:

• In charge of level 1 calls
• Provide IT assistance to company users regarding software and equipment
• Participate in compliance with company standards as well as compliance with IT security standards during installations and configurations
• Participate in the management of IT equipment, inventory as well as the management of user accounts
• Actively collaborate with other teams from different departments of the company during incidents or problems
• A degree in computer science or a relevant field
• Relevant experience in a technical support position
• Strong customer orientation
• Good communicator
• Autonomous and versatile
• Team player
