Linux IT Technician – Level I

Our client, an internationally renowned company, is currently looking for an IT technician to meet the ever-growing technological needs of the company.

YOUR ROLE
As a Level I IT technician, your duties will include:
Install and prepare various computer equipment;
Provide technical support to the various users of the system;
Provide support, prepare equipment for new users and train them on the computer structure;
Ensure the proper functioning of audiovisual equipment;
Maintain and manage inventory of equipment;
Manipulate files on Linux servers by solving technical problems on workstation applications;
Participate in various IT projects as defined by management.
PREREQUISITES:
Experience in IT support;
Good knowledge of the LINUX operating system;
Experience using a ticket management system;
Excellent customer service;
Very good oral and written bilingualism;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
