- Perform a full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to negotiation and the offer;
- Understand the needs;
- Set up and prioritize talent acquisition strategies;
- Participate in international events;
- Contribute to the employer brand through recruitment marketing campaigns;
- Propose new work methodologies for continuous improvement.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, with a strong interest in international recruitment;
- IT experience (a strong asset);
