Job title: IT Technician Level 2
Job description: Take charge of IT support (software, hardware and operational) to employees and POS
Participate in the support of the level 1 team during the escalation of incidents
Take part in store openings
Ensure the configuration / installation of the equipment (workstations, printers, software etc.)
Take part in IT projects related to the head office
Ensure adequate documentation (procedures, policies and departmental processes)
Participate in maintaining good IT practices
Take part in maintaining the hardware / software inventory
Computer science degree or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of computer experience
Experience in Windows environment
Knowledge of Active Directory and the Office suite
Basic knowledge of network / system protocols and WAN and LAN methods
Fluent in French is mendatory for this position
