As Manager, Technology User Experience, you will support overall Technology end user experience for the organization in helping project delivery and improve customer experience for Canada. You also act as a buffer between the scrum project teams helping with conflict resolution, driving Agile projects to support day to day IT operation execution as needed.
Specific Duties and Responsibilitie
- Ability to interface with IT personnel to discuss technical matters pertaining to issues or technical specifications
- Provide support on routine management tasks and provide effective communication with customers and act as partner for IT organization
- Solid knowledge on Project status tracking, Metrics working with big data sets with excel.
- Provide hands-on support to employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
- Maintains working familiarity with current technologies, trends, and regulations that affect strategic planning for corporate communications systems
Qualification:
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ progressive technical working experience in networking and application operation
- Experience supporting projects with infrastructure hosted both on-prem and in the cloud
- 1-2 years’ experience Technical software/product analysis role or working on Technical projects
- Experience supporting cloud-based initiatives (ie. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform’s).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Microsoft Teams products & agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
Education/Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Technology field, Business, or another related field is preferred (If no degree, 2-4+ years’ experience in IT Industry).
- Scrum Master certification or similar (an asset)
