We are looking for IT Technician for one of our clients, a leader in the logistics and transport sector. This is a permanent position, with a salary between $ 60,000 and $ 70,000 depending on experience, possibility of remote, dynamic environment, high growth with the possibility of internal development.
Your missions:
Job description:
– Support users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
– Provide day-to-day technical support to operations and systems
– Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in person, remotely and by phone
– Analyze user problems, provide appropriate solutions and document problem resolution steps in the ticketing system (ServiceDesk)
Profile description:
– College degree in computer science or equivalent education
– Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
– Good experience and knowledge of the Windows environment
– Knowledge of the Citrix environment and an A+ Certification will be considered an asset
Work experience: 4-5 years
Salary benefits : 5,416.5
