Job description: SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Compliance Manager operates the information security and privacy compliance programs at GardaWorld. The Compliance Manager identifies standards, measures performance, and implements improvements to preserve the integrity of GardaWorld’s information security and privacy management systems.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Identify and administer internal and external information security and privacy requirements throughout project and asset lifecycles
• Manage supplier compliance
• Lead response to third-party information security and privacy requests for information
• Conduct training and awareness campaigns
• Create and maintain compliance and management systems documentation
• Conduct internal audits (organize team preparation, perform interviews, compose reports)
• Coordinate external audits
• Develop and maintain records, metrics, and analyses
• Communicate actionable insights for leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement, additional value, and competitive advantage

EXPERIENCE:

A combination of education, certification, and experience within the following domains is required:

• Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Risk Management, or equivalent work experience
• Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001 preferred)
• Privacy Program Management
• Internal and External Audit
• Frequent travelling
• Pass a pre-employment check
