What will your typical day look like?

In this interesting and diverse role, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis, as responsible to produce
specifications.

• You’ll work with the leadership team for assessment and be the interface between development teams and the business.
• You will ensure work is correctly gathered and maintained within the ServiceNow tool.
• You will lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning.
• You will facilitate UAT with business stakeholders and conduct necessary triaging of UAT defects.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis
• Proven experience of leading requirement workshops with business stakeholders
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects and O&M
• Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and drive business change
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and related applications in particular ITSM and ITBM
• Exposure to working in Agile, SAFe or DevOps environments
• Experience in implementing applications and delivering solutions on ServiceNow
• Passion and looking to help us build a ServiceNow platform that enables our business in every way we possibly can
