We are currently looking for a level 1 IT technician for one of our clients.
Job description:
- Take charge of level 1 support for users
- Participate in the analysis of needs and the identification of problems
- If necessary, have to provide support outside regular hours
- Support the documentation of requests and follow-ups
- Perform tasks related to different servers, such as VMware
- Take charge of tasks related to the IP telephony system
- Take charge of the management of access systems as well as the management of backups
Profile description:
- Degree in computer science
- Similar experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft Exchange
- Good sense of priority management analysis
- Good team player
- Fluency in French and English
- Available to travel, if necessary, in the province of Quebec
Work experience: 1-2 years
Salary benefits : 4,166.5
