Your responsibilities include:
50% of time will be related to:

First level of support to users (merchandiser – Head office)
Communicate clearly and effectively either electronically, by phone or in person with both technical and non-technical users experiencing difficulties to determine, resolve and document problems experienced on the application used by our merchandisers on the field or at the head office.
Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other I.T. team members or users

20% of time will be related to:

Troubleshoot, support, and manage Windows based networks running MS Office & Mac iOS (all versions), backup systems, antivirus, VPN, and file services, Windows Servers,
To manage Active Directory, Exchange Online, G Suite Office 365, MS SharePoint, server backup (Veeam), licensing, network infrastructure and devices (firewalls and switches), virtualization (ESXi).
To Manage security-related systems and applications such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, virtual private networks (VPNs), and associated network protocols and concepts.
Setting up and administering user accounts, system assets, and employee computers.

30% of time will be related to:

Ensure data flow to / from our 3PL and Customers in our ERP system (sales information, EDI documents related to traffic and logistics, stock movements)

Who we’re looking for:

You have a post-secondary degree/diploma in computer science, or equivalent.
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
You have experience with Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
Self-starter with great learning skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Terrific at multitasking with good communication skills.
Effective time management skills, planning skills, the ability to work under tight time constraints and excellent organizational skills.
Great computer technical skills and the desire to work in the areas of DevOps and Systems Development.
Needs to be comfortable with customized software and BI software concept

Educational & Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or equivalent or relevant field experience
At least 2-3 years’ experience in IT support function.
Experience on Windows scripting and SQL, and basic knowledge of VBA
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016
Knowledge of Momentis software an asset
Bilingual in French and English to communicate with US and France counterparts
