Type: 3-Month Contract
Rate: $20-22 per hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Location: Concord, ON
Work Experience: 1-2+ years IT Technician, Desktop imaging, asset management, iPhone upgrades, Dell laptops, wiping hard drives, Jamf Pro, MDM, O365, MS Teams, Windows 10

DESCRIPTION:
The Junior IT Technician will assist corporate and remote staff and will be assigned various tasks related to IT.
- Provide assistance in the day-to-day IT operations by taking ownership for tasks and duties assigned
- Image and set up computers, install/configure programs following standards and checklist
- Assist users in setting up their user profiles, transferring relevant settings onto new computers
- Collect computers and perform hard drive wiping
- Tracking and maintain accurate record of asset for reporting purposes
- Maintain organized, secure workplace, ensuring appropriate password/security measures taken
- Knowledge of Jamf Pro or other MDM tool to for iPhone replacement/rollout
- Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution of incidents/problems
- Create and maintain reference and procedural documentations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM EST on-site in Concord
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good proficiency in IT technologies including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, disk imaging, remote tools and iPhone
- Experience with Windows 10 implementation and configuration in a domain environment is required
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fully vaccinated – mandatory
