Job title: IT Solution Integrator – Technical Analyst
Job description: – Carry out the complete implementation process of the client’s solutions
– Configure, prepare and install the various solutions at the customer’s site
– Properly document each development and installation
– Prepare and conduct software demonstrations/proof of concept
– Act as a resource person for customers to ensure their satisfaction (support/training/analysis)
– Participation in level 1 and 2 support
– Provide support and training for the various solutions installed (taking calls, emails, customer contacts)
– Degree in computer science
– 2 to 3 years experience in support / IT integration
– Bilingual (English/French)
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to establish quick diagnoses
– Knowledge of SQL Server and Javascript (an asset)
– Knowledge of management software (an asset)
