Job description:
- Manage an IT team (5-6 developers)
- Plan, evaluate and ensure the successful completion of different projects
- Provide the necessary training in relation to tools / architectures as well as in the implementation of new practices
- Take care of communication with users, on a daily basis and in projects
- Take charge of projects by establishing targets, practices, management
- Master the entire software development, understand the different components and their impact on the quality of projects
- Stay informed of IT news
- Interact occasionally with different suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in application development, ERP and application architecture
- Good command of .NET technologies
- Excellent knowledge of continuous delivery processes (DevOps)
- Oriented towards team development
- Fluent in french (oral & written)
