We are currently looking for an IT Project Director for our client based in Montreal.

Job description:

• Ensure the implementation of changes/interventions related to the applications and ensure that the objectives of the projects are achieved;
• Ensure regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure communication-related to project issues;
• Ensure the necessary documentation regarding the status of the program;
• Take charge of program risk analysis in order to design, coordinate and monitor the interconnection of projects;
• Take charge of the management and evaluation of project managers and other employees according to the different projects;
• Develop and monitor timelines/budgets
• Evaluate program performance and maximize return on investment;

Profile description:

• Degree in management, information technology, or equivalent field
• 2-3 years of experience as a program/project manager
• Experience in managing IT projects/teams
• Excellent knowledge of project/program management techniques/methods
• Experience in the performance evaluation process and change management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office) and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, strong team spirit

Work experience: 4-5 years

Salary benefits : 10,835.0
