As an Administrative Associate within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in our HRM clinics.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day:
- Greeting/checking in clients in a friendly manner
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
- Coordinate mail distribution and orders
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
- Direct incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a reception or customer service role
- Post-secondary education in medical office / business administration (an asset)
- Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
- Professional customer service attitude
- Creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption.
