Job description:

• Take part in the management of the computer park;
• Participate in server management;
• Maintenance of computer equipment: Computers, printers, mobile devices, fax machines;
• Management of licenses and backups;
• Provide training to users;
• Management of remote access and Anti-Virus;
• Management of telecommunications links between different equipment;
• Take part in technological choices and collaborate in the purchasing process;
• Provide level 2 support to external customers;
• Computer science degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment
• Experience with Mac products
• Experience in virtualization (VMware)
• Experience in networking and telecommunications
• Easy to communicate, dynamic and enthusiastic
• Customer-oriented, curious and creative
• Mastering French
