We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Endpoint security administrator for one of our clients based on the north shore of Montreal.
Job description:
- Be the point of contact for users regarding terminal issues and inquiries;
- Follow standard operating procedures to keep the system patched based on priorities set by security analysts.
- Monitor the Vulnerability Assessment Dashboard and identify any risks or devices that require further investigation.
- Ensure and establish best practices for configuration and installation of terminals.
- Monitor overall network and infrastructure health (performance and availability) of environments
- Support endpoints and act as a member of the support team (level 3) if required.
- Be part of the on-call rotation schedule, providing availability as needed on work nights and weekends during
maintenance periods, critical service interruptions, or project deliveries.
- Provide supervision and practical troubleshooting;
- Take part in the documentation of procedures,
- Complete log resolutions by priority.
- Manage and escalate the backlog.
Profile description:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent training
- Network certifications (asset)
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of endpoint management infrastructure
- Knowledge of security concepts
- General knowledge of scripting or programming languages
- Organized, analytical and risk-aware
- Bilingual French-English
Work experience: 2-3 years
