As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:

Post Secondary Education in Office or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point). Demonstrated ability to collaborate. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications:

1 year experience within AHS. 3 years experience as an administrative support person. Experience in RMS, ESP, ROCA, Connect Care software programs. Excellent written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge in medical terminology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
