We are currently looking for an IT Technician level 1 for our client based on the East Island of Montréal (Anjou)
Job description:
– Provide level 1 technical support to internal users;
– Advise and train users on the various software used by the company;
– Work together with the team in place, level 2 technicians and system, and network administrators, for the various daily tasks;
– Ensure the creation of computer tickets.
Profile description:
– DEP or AEC in computer science or another diploma relevant to the role ;
– Minimum one year of experience in a similar role ;
– Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment ;
– Good knowledge of the Active Directory tool ;
– Fluent in French.
Work experience: 1-2 years
