Role Summary
As the Customer Education Program Coordinator (CEPC), you will work closely with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders from Product Development, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Digital, Public Relations, and Technology to produce award-winning education. Supporting the team responsible for instructional design, you will be responsible for producing educational materials including presentations, print materials, multi-media assets and trainer guides. A key part of this role is to maintain the highest standard of quality educational deliverables that meet or exceed the needs of our Spa Partners and Team-members, including educators.
As the Customer Education Program Coordinator (CEPC), you will report directly to the Customer Education Instructional Designer (CEID) and works closely with the entire CE Team including Team-members located at Eminence’s Central Office and those spread geographically around North America.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a confirmation of CE work back schedules, cross-functional collaboration, and review and approval processes
- Work with CEID to clarify scope, design specifications, and timelines for each deliverable
- Produce educational resources according to design specifications, using company style guides and best practices (e.g., print materials, presentations, facilitator guides)
- Edit and proofread copy and visual elements before securing final review and approvals
- Create learning modules using multi-media assets and company graphic elements in PowerPoint, using instructional design best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams in the scoping, scripting and production of education-related infographics, instructional videos, and social media content
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in providing and receiving inter-dependent deliverables (e.g., multi-media assets, print materials)
- Produce company-wide virtually-led learning events and moderate chat and polling (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- Audit and assess usage of CE materials (e.g., track download rates, collect metrics and feedback on usage)
- Create and revise templates for print and digital education assets
- Store, archive, and update educational assets across all touchpoints (e.g., on website, Learning Management System, in training libraries) as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years resource production, ideally learning assets
- 2+ years administrative experience, ideally in a project-based organization
- Experience working in an educational setting – an asset (e.g., training, higher education, customer education)
- Experience working within design iterations and continuous improvement – an asset
- Ability to write, layout, and edit effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Exemplary attention to detail with an eye for accuracy, consistency, and alignment across various resources
- Exceptional MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and visual design skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and familiarity with Storyboarding – an asset
- Confidence using Collaboration/Project Management tools – an asset (e.g., Google Docs, Asana, SharePoint)
- Intermediate competence working with eLearning Development tools – an asset (e.g., Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bilingualism – an asset (English and French or Spanish)
