If so, we are looking for an eager, junior-level experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in Milton. The ideal candidate will provide general administrative assistance; they will have a heavy focus on a variety of data entry invoicing and will review customer past due reports.

Responsibilities
⦁ Reception duties – low volume (greeting visitors, mail and email management, maintaining a clean workspace)
⦁ Phone management
⦁ General office administrative support
⦁ ERP data entry
⦁ Customer invoice management
⦁ Office supply replenishment
⦁ Low volume customer onboarding
⦁ Processing payments, such as credit
⦁ Support Sales Team and Accounts Receivable when necessary

Qualifications
⦁ 1 – 2 years experience in Administrative Assistance, Reception, or Clerical services
⦁ Experience using SAGE is an asset
⦁ Experience using MS Office – intermediate-level Excel skills
⦁ Strong work ethic and commitment to growing in this company
⦁ Highly Interpersonal with a positive attitude
⦁ Highly organized and self-motivated
⦁ Strong communication, both verbal and written
