Our client is looking for a resourceful and professional person to fill an administrative clerk position for its Pointe-Claire office.
Administrative tasks:
– Verify invoicing and maintain client files up to date.
– Handle accounts payable, basic billing, invoice/purchase order matching and coding of invoices.
– Obtain approvals for processing.
– Enter hours data into Microsoft Excel.
– Send statements to customers for receivables and follow up.
– Perform any other tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:
– At least 6 months of experience in one position (basic accounting and administrative support duties).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer knowledge.
– Good level of bilingualism.

Salary: $41,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. / 40 hours per week
