Job description: Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, the Administrative Support III role will support the Cardiac Sciences Patient Navigator Team. The role requires the ability to process referrals, maintain wait lists, perform data entry, review data based on quality assurance standards, generate reports, generate and distribute patient correspondence and follow up on outstanding documents. This role also participates in documentation related to team rounds and assists to create patient lists for review.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
Completion of an Administrative Professional Program diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years’ experience required. Previous administration experience within a healthcare organization or related field required. Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to prioritize competing tasks. Proficiency with Connect Care and Access databases preferred.
