One of our government clients is looking for an IT Clerk (Healthcare an asset)
Length: 3 months contract with a possibility of extension
Location: Newmarket, Ontario
ROLE MANDATE:
B.1 Background
The Government of Ontario is building a connected health care system to improve the patient and caregiver experience and strengthen local services, including the phased introduction of Ontario health Teams (OHTS). A fundamental component of this health system transformation is modernizing home and community care delivery to improve patient access to care, enabling high quality services through the OHT model while maintaining continuity of care.
B.2 Deliverable Requirements
The successful Candidates will be working mostly out of the Newmarket and Sheppard offices for a period of three months and an option to extend for an additional three months. The staff will work closely with IT team in the deployment of IT equipment through the refresh project of existing laptops as well as the future of work project to mobilize staff by replacing desktop users with laptops.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Fluent in the English language both written and spoken
· Thorough knowledge of office administration and familiarity using a variety of office equipment.
· Must be a tech savvy, have computer experience with Laptops and Desktops.
· Excellent telephone management and effective interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Superior customer service skills.
· Grade 12 Diploma
· Community college diploma in office administration or equivalent considered an asset.
· 2 years’ related office experience.
· Experience in a healthcare environment an asset
· Immediate availability
