About the role
As an Administrative Support (Level 2) – Automotive Imaging. Reporting to the Unit Manager – Image Estimating, you will support the internal estimating team in various administrative requests related to estimating. This team is one of the main reference points for estimating in Quebec.
What you’ll do here:
- Analyze and process various requests for assistance;
- In a team environment, work in close collaboration with the estimators in charge of the files;
- Respond to calls from body shops and adjusters, ensuring that our processes run smoothly;
- Contact certain suppliers to validate certain information and prices;
- All other related tasks according to operational needs.
What you bring to the table:
- DEC (an asset) or other education deemed equivalent;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role;
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Integrity, confidentiality and accountability;
- Strong ability to manage priorities;
- Autonomy and initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to change;
- Bilingualism (an asset), both oral and written (French and English);
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
