Job description: 🚀 Join Our Team – Administrative Clerk (Temporary)

Position Details:

  • Location: Downtown, Toronto, ON, M5G 1V2
  • Type: Temporary, with possible extension
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Type: Fully onsite
  • Hours: 9 am-5 pm, 2 days/week (16 hours/week)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, telephone)
  • Strong data entry skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • File internal documents
  • Scan and archive large volumes of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Prepare administrative documents
  • Handle other requested tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English
  • Italian language knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent technical skills with Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
