Location:

Resource will be required to work in the office full time with potential for hybrid at a later date.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7.25 hours a day

1 year contract possible 6 month extension

Scope:

A resource is required to assist with the Office Equipment Services group with regards to handling the administration of various Multi-Function Leased devices including contract fulfillment.

– Working with End Users on upcoming lease renewals, returns

– Accounting background is beneficial for assistance with reconciliation of historical payments

– Prioritizing their own workload and working independently

Activites:

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing various administrative activities.

Duties will include the following but are not limited to:

Proofing and formatting word documents.

Pay invoices.

Assign and return accounts receivable.

Record tracking in Excel.

Order supplies.

Answer phone calls and emails.

Create documents and memos as required.

Organize events, coordinate Lync meetings and book rooms as required.

Copy, scan, fax, file and perform records management of physical and digital documents.

Process and review expenses.

Act as a point of contact for any clients.

Take meeting minutes.

Requirements:

Must have high school diploma

Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

1 year plus experience in related administrative support role.

1 year plus Customer service experience. **Must provide examples of experience in resume.

Desired:

Experience working in or for the public sector.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $17-20 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
